There were cases of malfunctioning Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) devices at Ward 01, Unit 004 (Atakunmosa High School) and Ward 01, Unit 003 (Aruaji), where the devices operated slowly, causing delays in the voter accreditation process. At Ward 03, Unit 001 (Methodist Primary School, Oke-Omi, Osu), the unit experienced a network issue that lasted approximately five minutes.
